We’re looking for a Healthcare Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data and impact. If you have a strong foundation in analytics and are passionate about healthcare, public health, or nonprofit spaces—this role is for you.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Investigate and resolve data issues from API and batch traffic: validate, escalate, and correct field-level exceptions.
• Manage and optimize datasets within rules engines across multiple product lines.
• Analyze, clean, and interpret data to deliver actionable insights and drive decision-making.
• Spot trends and patterns in complex datasets to improve operational and clinical strategies.
• Document business and functional requirements to ensure accuracy and usability of technical solutions.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• Applied Analyst Experience – Internship or job where you’ve built dashboards, delivered reports, or supported operational or product teams with insights.
• Healthcare, Public Sector, or Nonprofit Exposure – Grants, pharmacy, bioinformatics, public health, or any related data experience.
• Technical Skills

Required: Excel + SQL

Nice to have: APIs, EDI transactions, HIPAA data standards

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and curiosity to dig into ambiguous problems.
