Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Satisfaction Director at Coral Sea Brewing Co. The Satisfaction Director will be responsible for managing customer relations, overseeing the customer service team, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience. Daily tasks include resolving customer inquiries, analyzing customer feedback, and developing satisfaction improvement plans. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met and maintained.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, and Relationship Management
- Strong Analytical Skills and Ability to Interpret Customer Feedback
- Leadership and Team Management Skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution Skills
- Experience in the brewing or beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and remotely
