About the role
We're hiring Data Analysts to help turn client data into insight that feeds directly into AI-driven recommendations. You'll work close to the delivery teams building the actual solutions.
Responsibilities
Clean, structure and analyse data across client engagements. Build dashboards and reports that support delivery and client decisions. Work with data scientists and engineers to prep data for AI models. Spot patterns and flag anomalies before they become problems. Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What we are looking for
Solid experience with SQL, Excel and at least one BI or visualisation tool. Comfortable working with messy, real-world data. Clear communicator who can explain numbers simply. Genuinely curious about how data feeds into AI systems, not just reporting on it. Able to work independently across multiple projects.
