The Senior IT System and Project Specialist will manage complex IT support issues, lead IT projects and migrations, and drive continuous improvement of the organisation's IT infrastructure. The role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate internal stakeholders and external providers. Reports directly to the CIO.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex support tickets and technical escalations
- Plan and lead IT projects and migration initiatives independently
- Administer and develop Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory environments
- Coordinate project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
- Optimise software solutions and digital business processes
- Organise testing, rollouts, and end-user training
Requirements
- Advanced Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory knowledge
- Solid experience with virtualisation, network infrastructure, and firewalls
- Proven track record delivering IT projects
- Independent, structured, solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Fluent German

- Experience in small teams/companies, comfortable in a less structured, unregulated environment
