- Experience recruiting for similar professional/tech roles
- Experience recruiting across the UK and European markets
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Native-level English – required
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
