We are seeking an experienced Textile Sales & Business Development Agent based in Spain or Europe to bring buyers, brands, retailers, or textile importers to our business. This is a commission-based partnership role (no fixed salary), designed for self-motivated agents with strong networks in the textile market. You will act as a strategic business partner, connecting us with profitable clients while building your own clientele and recurring revenue stream. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and engage potential textile buyers, brands, importers, and wholesalers in Spain & Europe • Generate and close leads, introduce clients to Checkmate Textile products and services • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and negotiate contracts • Provide market insights on buyer needs, pricing trends, and competitor activity • Report progress, pipelines, and forecasts regularly to the company • Represent Checkmate Textile professionally in all communication Ideal Candidate / Qualifications: ✔ Living in Spain or another European country ✔ Minimum 2.5+ years experience in textile sales or business development ✔ Proven network of buyers, factories, brands, importers, or retail contacts ✔ Experience in merchandising, export, or supply chain in textiles ✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills ✔ Fluent in English + Spanish (or another European language beneficial) ✔ Self-starter with high integrity and professionalism ✔ Comfortable working on performance/commission basis
