Senior Experience Designer - Leadership ProgramsContract until March 2026 | Fully Remote | Immediate Start (or January)

Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Senior Experience Designer to join a leading organisation on a contract engagement running through March 2026, with potential for extension. This role offers complete flexibility to work remotely, with only one office visit required to collect equipment.

About the Role

As a Senior Experience Designer, you will leverage your expertise in learning design, program management, and consulting to create and deliver impactful leadership development programs. You will work closely with stakeholders to design innovative, engaging learning experiences that align with organisational goals and uplift capability across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of leadership learning initiatives.
  • Conduct discovery and gap analysis to define learning needs and success measures.
  • Develop and implement learning content and experiences using Human-Centred Design principles.
  • Manage end-to-end program delivery, including stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination.
  • Evaluate learning outcomes and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in learning and development, instructional design, and program management.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles and innovative learning methodologies.
  • Highly desirable: Experience with Workday Learning and Human-Centred Design.
  • Bonus: Certification or experience with the Fearless Organisation framework (Amy Edmondson, Organisational Psychology).
