Role Description The Key Account Manager at CEDT is a part-time remote role responsible for managing and growing relationships with key institutional and corporate partners. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves overseeing key accounts, understanding partner needs, and aligning CEDT’s programs, services, and research offerings with those needs. The Key Account Manager will develop account plans, monitor performance against objectives, and identify opportunities for new collaborations. Responsibilities include coordinating communications, preparing proposals and presentations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining accurate records of account activities. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to support delivery of programs and initiatives that strengthen long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to develop account strategies and evaluate performance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to respond effectively to partner needs and ensure a positive experience.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication in a professional context.
- Experience working remotely and managing multiple stakeholders or projects in an organized, self-directed manner is beneficial.
- Familiarity with labor law, legal services, academic institutions, or professional training environments is an advantage.
- A relevant academic background in business, law, communications, or a related field is preferred.
