What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Maintain schedules and calendars for legal executives, managing meetings across multiple time zones
- Make comprehensive travel arrangements, anticipating the needs of traveling professionals

- Manage office tasks such as answering phones, handling mail, and ensuring workspace functionality

- High detail orientation and ability to manage shifting deadlines and priorities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently while also being an effective team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
