About The Role

Carbone Fine Food is searching for a Graphic Designer to join our rapidly growing marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for cross-functional workflow within creative and graphic design job functions. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with internal and external partners and demonstrate strong collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and outside vendor points of contact. This includes the ability to manage timelines, communicate clearly, coordinate asset and creative needs, work collaborate across marketing and sales to bring visual concepts to life across ecommerce, retail, and social. Additionally, this role will work on packaging design, creative campaign assets the capture cultural relevancy while staying true to the Carbone brand.

The perfect candidate would also have amateur photography or videography in addition to a graphic design background, but not required.

This is a fully remote role that will report to the head of marketing. Preferences to major US cities such as New York City, Miami, and Los Angeles.

·      Design and create visual assets that reflect the Carbone Fine Food brand across digital, retail, and potentially print media

·      Excellent proficiency in typography, layout, color, and influences on lifestyle branding for Carbone Fine Food activations

·      Bring strategic thinking to every brief or project with fresh on brand ideas

·      Collaboration with brand manager and external graphic design partners on packaging and innovations

Social Content & Events

·      Work in conjunction with the social and influencer team to design graphics and visual content. This may include branded creative ads, video cuts and editing of UGC and recipe filming.

·      Ideate on brand campaigns and partnership

·      Create event specific advertising and media in addition to any merchandise exclusive to branded events

·      Aid in the design of influencer kits and branded apparel and merchandise

Photography and Video Collaboration

·      The ideal candidate will have some experience in photography/filming

·      Partner with our hired photographers on all event shoots and filming activations

·      Ensure all creative aligns with brand tone and voice

Brand Owned Assets

·      Creative email campaigns in conjunction with our paid media partners

·      Maintain website build with our agency partners to update advertising, media, and creative.

Candidate Requirements

·      3-5 years of experience in graphic and package design, in addition to campaign creation across social media advertising platforms

·      Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat)

·      Exceptional communicator who can confidently manage internal and external partners with a relationship-first approach 

·      Strong ability for self-organization and able to balance multiple priorities at once 

·      Experience collaborating with social and retail marketing teams on campaign visuals and in-store creative.

·      Experience working with product photography

·      Understanding of design and social media trends

·      Genuine thought leadership regarding Carbone and Lifestyle branding and design

Benefits

Base pay for this role will be between $100,000-$120,000 annually and will be offered depending on job related skills and experience. Candidates with photography experience may receive additional salary compensation. This role is bonus eligible. Carbone Fine Food offers health care plans, a 401k, and time off.
