NIGHT CO-ORDINATOR

We’re looking for a dedicated Night Co-ordinator to oversee the smooth running of our overnight operations. In this role, you’ll be based off-site and manage a team, ensure top-quality service, and handle challenges with confidence—all while keeping customer satisfaction a top priority. Key Responsibilities

• Answer a variety of inbound enquires and roadside assistance service requests using a professional approach
• Dispatching of roadside assistance personnel to assist the customers
• Communicate effectively and liaise with customers on service requests using different platforms such as email and other communication methods.
• Data inputting and updating
• Monthly reporting
• Work remotely with all required equipment provided by the Company
• Maintaining and updating of worksheets as required

What You’ll Need

• Must be able to work full-time, evening shifts and weekends.
• Experience in a similar position considered an asset but not a necessity as training would be given
• Bilingual skills: Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English is required..
• Communication skills
• Organisational skills.
• A positive and keen attitude to excel.
