We’re now building our GTM engine and looking for a Sales Operations & Outreach Lead - someone who can launch and scale our outbound system with a strong focus on AI and automation.
📍 Location: Remote (EMEA time zones preferred)

đź’ĽAbout The Role
You’ll be at the core of our outbound motion: building infrastructure, testing GTM hypotheses, automating workflows, and creating a scalable outreach system. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of GTM, sales, and operations.
🔑ResponsibilitiesGTM & Sales Operations
- Build and maintain infrastructure for lead research, enrichment, and ICP validation.
- Manage outreach systems end-to-end: domains, warm-up, inboxes, LinkedIn/email setup.
- Launch and monitor outbound campaigns.
- Run A/B tests for value propositions and ICP segments.
- Integrate and automate workflows in CRM.
- Maintain data hygiene, pipeline clarity, and reliable reporting (HubSpot / Pipedrive).
- Support the outbound team with playbooks, templates, and performance tracking.
SDR & Outreach Layer
- Source and qualify leads via LinkedIn and email based on ICP.
- Execute hyper-personalized campaigns (cold emails, DMs, follow-ups).
- Build account-based strategies with AI-assisted personalization.
- Manage follow-up cadences and campaign flows.
- Support trust-building and early nurturing of leads.

- Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Email automation tools (Instantly, Smartlead, etc.)
- Bridge’s own AI agents for outreach & personalization
🔍 You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have experience building or running outbound sales campaigns (LinkedIn + email).
- Know how to write and test outreach messages for different ICPs.
- Are comfortable with outreach automation and AI tools.
- Stay organized and can balance both strategy and execution.
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS, fintech, digital assets, or iGaming.
