💼 The Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead consulting teams on client-facing projects, overseeing delivery from problem definition through to final recommendations.

You will play a key role in ensuring structured thinking, high-quality outputs, and effective client communication.

This role offers direct exposure to strategic problem-solving, leadership responsibility, and stakeholder management in a real consulting environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5–6 consultants on live client projects
• Structure project approach, define key workstreams, and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain regular communication with clients to align on objectives and expectations
• Review and refine all deliverables to ensure clarity, quality, and impact
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations
• Identify risks, challenges, and areas for improvement throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate client meetings, including progress updates and final presentations
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. HR) to support talent development and team performance
