Financial Analyst

Role Description The Financial Analyst at Bioativa Farmácia de Manipulação will perform financial modeling, variance analysis, and support budgeting activities for the pharmacy’s operations. This part-time, remote role includes preparing and reviewing financial reports, analyzing financial statements, and providing insights to improve profitability and cost control. The person in this role will monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and prepare clear summaries and recommendations for management. Responsibilities also include supporting cash flow analysis, assisting with financial planning initiatives, and ensuring data accuracy in financial systems and spreadsheets. The analyst will collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards relevant to the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support sound decision-making.
• Candidates should possess experience with Financial Planning and budgeting to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and long-term strategy.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Financial Statements to evaluate performance, liquidity, and profitability.
• Candidates should possess skills in Financial Reporting to prepare accurate, timely reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, part-time environment are beneficial.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial findings to non-financial stakeholders, are beneficial.
• A degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, and prior experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals, are beneficial.
