🗃️ We’re Hiring: Training & Development Specialist📍 Location: Remote (Australia)

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

We’re seeking a proactive and people-focused Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs that support employee growth and organizational performance. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning, talent development, and building impactful training experiences in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement training and development programs aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and/or in-person when required).
  • Develop learning materials such as presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with HR and department leaders to support onboarding, upskilling, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, metrics, and performance data.
  • Maintain training documentation, learning paths, and best practices.

✅ Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
