Role Description

Mortgage Broker based in Melbourne to service new client enquiries across Vic/Tas but other states as required

Key aspects of the role:

• Independent contractor under your own company
• 100% commission based
• Small monthly retainer provided for 6 months
• Unlimited earning potential
• System and admin support provided
• Covered under group professional indemnity policy
• Leads provided but not guaranteed

Qualifications

• Prior lending experience is essential
• Must hold Diploma of finance and mortgage brokering management
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Experience in commercial lending is desired or willingness to learn
