Training is included to prepare you for this role. Customer Service Advisor Role You will handle inbound calls from the public requiring appointments following a referral. This will include booking, re-scheduling and cancelling appointments on a booking system. We are looking for good communicators, who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a high regard for efficiency and accuracy.
