We are partnering with a leading international steel manufacturer entering a new phase of growth across Europe.

Our client is a well-established flat steel producer based in Türkiye with a strong global presence, serving key industries including automotive, construction, energy, and machinery. The company is now expanding its sales operations across European markets.

We are hiring three Sales Executives to take ownership of defined regional markets and drive new business growth.

Locations

  • Eastern Europe / Balkans (Romania preferred)
  • Western Europe (Germany preferred)
  • Southern Europe (Spain or Italy preferred)

This is a fully remote role with international travel required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the assigned region
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, and closing
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies
  • Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships
  • Represent the company in client meetings, visits, and industry events
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (steel or manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong international sales and business development background
  • Proven ability to generate new business independently
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a target-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel across Europe
