We're looking for a commercially-minded Recruitment Consultant who spots opportunities before anyone else does — someone who sees a funding round, an acquisition, or an AI initiative and immediately knows the talent story behind it.
At Aquent, you won't wait for jobs to land in your inbox. You'll build your own desk, your own market, and your own success — backed by a 40+ year global brand and cutting-edge AI sourcing tools. You will be supported all the way but you will need to self motivate, drive your own business development and enjoy the challenge of winning new opportunities.
This is not a Talent Acquisition position. It's suited to a talented agency Recruiter or a strong, sales-focused individual with the ability to build relationships, win new business, and grow a market from the ground up.
