The Role 🔍

Alphanumeric is looking for a Junior Recruiter (1-3 years of experience) to work from home in Spain, to join our Recruitment team department. You will be supporting different projects for big pharmaceutical companies globally.

Reporting to the Recruiter Lead, you will be helping the recruitment team on sourcing & interviewing candidates through various channels, supporting interview and selection procedures, and collaborating with ideas on how to improve our interview process. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term trusting relationships with potential hires.

This job requires some flexibility from your side, because we are a global company and we support international projects (EMEA, NA, LATAM, APAC).

• Job title: Junior Recruiter.

• Location: Spain.

• Model: 100% remote.

• Start date: as soon as possible.

• Type of contract: permanent.

• Working hours: 40h per week, from Monday to Friday. The Recruiter will be prioritizing EMEA/APAC but if it slows down the person needs to be flexible to cover the other regions (US/Canada).

• Salary base + benefits.

• Training: between 1-2 weeks (paid).

Requirements 🥇

• Between 1-3 years of experience in the full recruitment cycle, working as Recruiter / Talent Acquisition.

• Familiarity with social media, job boards and professional networks.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).

• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is required; another language will be an asset.

• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

• Relevant Education in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, Administration or related field.

• Experience recruiting the following profiles: Commercial Agents, Customer Support Representatives, Project Managers, Health Care Professionals, IT Professionals.

• International recruiting experience.

Your responsibilities ⚒️

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment and be able to adapt the recruitment workflow depending on the requirements we get from our clients.

• Source potential candidates through online channels (social platforms, professional networks, job boards)

• Conduct phone and video interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and providing feedback into the system.

• Register, apply and score the online tests according to the position we are trying to cover.

• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

• Be international: your focus will be to manage the open positions we have in different regions.
