What You'll Do

• Design Complex Business Challenges — Build advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, cap table modeling, supply chain optimization, and organizational decision-making
• Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Create rigorous, step-by-step responses featuring financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales that serve as benchmark answers for AI training
• Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
• Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and document flaws in AI reasoning — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or overlooking macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback
• Work Independently — Complete task-based assignments asynchronously, fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Deep expertise in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style summaries and recommendations
• Highly detail-oriented — you catch errors in financial formulas, faulty assumptions, and weak business arguments
• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
• No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy
• Prior experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance workflows
• Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL
• Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation as an end user
