About The Role We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team on a remote basis within the UK. In this role, you will support the design and development of visual assets for an international games studio, contributing to branding projects for various gaming products. The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to produce engaging and high-quality visuals that resonate with diverse audiences. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their design skills within the gaming and entertainment industry, providing exposure to a wide range of branding and visual communication projects. Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design and branding, gained through agency or in-house roles.
• Experience working within the gaming or broader entertainment industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma is essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in After Effects, InDesign, Google Slides, Keynote, Canva, and Affinity.
• Strong interest and familiarity with video games and the gaming industry.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and develop new branding concepts for unreleased game titles as part of a collaborative team.
• Implement and adapt existing branding frameworks to ensure consistency across all visual assets.
• Create quick-turnaround assets for ongoing live-service games, often under tight deadlines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines documents to ensure visual consistency.
• Prepare key art and other visual assets for publishing, including versioning and formatting.
• Assist in designing pitch presentations to communicate game concepts and creative visions effectively.
• Create templates and visual assets for global teams to facilitate consistent branding execution across territories.
• Collaborate with designers, creatives, producers, and art directors to ensure visual alignment with project goals and brand strategies.
