About The Role
We are seeking a resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to support two senior leaders within our Sales and Revenue Operations & Analytics teams. In this pivotal role, you will act as a dependable partner, ensuring your leaders’ time is managed efficiently through expert calendar coordination, thoughtful communication, and seamless event and travel arrangements. You will work closely with the Assertive Support Team, contributing as a solutions-oriented team player who enables leaders to focus on strategic priorities. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our leadership team, supporting Affirm’s mission to redefine credit with honesty and integrity.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably supporting Revenue or Commercial leadership teams
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and expense/travel management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Experience working in a high-growth, dynamic environment
- Proactive and strategic mindset with anticipation of needs and planning ahead
- Willingness to travel 6–8 times per year for team and company meetings or events
- Demonstrated teamwork, collaboration, and positive attitude
- Comfortable managing complex logistics and executing multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Expert calendar management, including scheduling meetings with internal and external partners, resolving conflicts, and ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Preparing meeting agendas, developing presentation materials, and providing daily recaps and summaries using AI tools to maintain clarity and accountability
- Attending select meetings to capture key action items, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow-up
- Planning and executing team-building activities, partner meetings, and on-site/off-site sessions with precision
- Collaborating closely with the Executive Support team to align priorities and share best practices across the organization
- Managing administrative operations such as expense reports, complex travel logistics, and document preparation using Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Supporting invoice and purchase order processing, and working with Finance to monitor departmental budgets and expenses
- Handling ad-hoc special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and initiative
- Coordinating recognition programs and reinforcing company values to promote a positive team culture
