Data Controls Analyst

Contract Details:

• Location: Remote, must be based in the U.S.

We’re hiring a Data Controls Analyst to join a fast-paced, mission-driven Marketing Analytics team at a leading global tech company. If you have an analytical mindset, a sharp eye for detail, and love working cross-functionally to ensure the accuracy and compliance of marketing data, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Review marketing and sales content to verify data accuracy, validity, and proper citation
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales Support, Business Intelligence, Product, and Legal
• Interpret dashboards and reports to ensure key metrics (like job volume or resume totals) are correctly represented
• Drive spot checks and data approvals to maintain brand consistency and legal compliance
• Provide guidance on data best practices and support internal processes for external-facing content
• Help identify opportunities for process improvement or automation

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, compliance, marketing analytics, or project coordination
• Proficient with basic SQL and/or advanced Excel (you don’t need to write complex queries)
• Experience interpreting data dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, detail-oriented environment
• Self-starter who can flag issues, recommend fixes, and keep things moving

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Familiarity with tools like Comscore or SimilarWeb
• Experience working with marketing or campaign performance data
