We are looking for a motivated Account Manager – Customer Service (Estonia) to join our team for a 12-month contract. The candidate must be based in Estonia and fluent in Estonian.

Build trust and rapport with merchants by providing proactive, solution-oriented support.

✅ Analytical & Critical Thinking

Analyze operational data (order history, KPIs) to identify gaps and predict potential churn.

✅ Sales & Negotiation Ability

Communicate the value of the Food platform, support commercial discussions, and drive retention and reactivation.

✅ Tech-Savvy

Experience with CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce, Looker, Outreach, WhatsApp, etc.).

✅ Adaptability & Agility

• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing processes and tools.
