ONE LICENSE, a leading digital copyright licensing agency for sacred music, is seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join their growing team as Remote Sales and Support Representatives for the UK and Ireland.

What You'll Do:

• Promote and support ONE LICENSE licenses to churches in the UK and Ireland, working closely with the US-based team.
• Handle incoming inquiries from potential customers and guide them through the licensing process.
• Build and nurture relationships with church leaders, fostering a strong sense of community.
• Provide education and support related to copyright and licensing, ensuring churches understand the importance of responsible music usage.
• Collaborate with a global team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for music and faith.

What You'll Need:

• A self-starter attitude – reliable, communicative, and dependable when working remotely.
• A commitment to the church community and the importance of music in worship.
• A willingness to learn and grow – gain new skills and knowledge in copyright, sacred music, and licensing.
• Exceptional communication skills – friendly, calm, and able to build rapport with customers.
• Strong computer skills – proficiency in Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Gmail. Experience with Zendesk, MailChimp, Basecamp, Canva, and WordPress is a plus.
