This remote role (based in the UK) offers the chance to:

What You'll Do:

• Provide day-to-day support for LabelWorx's record labels.
• Manage customer service queries through various channels.
• Assist with the onboarding of new labels.
• Perform data entry for contracts, licensor details, metadata, and more.
• Handle the daily logistics of release distribution.
• Train labels on using the LabelWorx system.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Review releases for compliance with DSP delivery guidelines.
• Assist with sales data processing.
• Select tracks for in-house compilation labels.
• Review new label applications and advise on the setup process.

Essential Skills:

• Passion for the dance music industry, digital platforms, and new technologies.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management and prioritization.
• Reliability and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Proficiency in basic IT systems, including MS Office and G Suite, with a focus on Excel.
• In-depth understanding of dance music culture and emerging trends.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience using project management and sales tools such as Asana.
