ICW Global is inviting applications for a part-time Communications Coordinator consultancy to support its global communications, digital advocacy, and visibility initiatives. The six-month remote consultancy offers communications professionals an opportunity to contribute to international advocacy on HIV, gender equality, reproductive justice, community leadership, and human rights.

Supporting Global Advocacy and Community Leadership
ICW Global seeks a creative and organized communications professional passionate about storytelling and social justice. Working with the Global Programmes Director and Global Advocacy Officer, the consultant will strengthen campaign visibility and amplify voices of women living with HIV.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging content for social media, website, and digital channels.
- Support communications planning and audience engagement.
- Update website content and assist with digital strategy.
- Coordinate content calendars and schedule posts.
- Collaborate with advocacy partners to amplify messages.
- Edit and proofread materials.
- Produce basic graphics (Canva) and edit short videos/reels.
Supporting Global Campaigns and Events
Campaign support includes World AIDS Day, International Women’s Day, International AIDS Conference, 16 Days of Activism, and other global HIV, gender equality, and human rights initiatives.
Virtual Event Coordination
- Coordinate speakers for webinars.
- Prepare Zoom meetings and online events.
- Manage registration and participant communications.
- Provide basic technical support during sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Experience managing social media and creating digital content.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience coordinating webinars (Zoom or similar).
- Canva, basic graphic design, or video editing experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Commitment to gender equality, human rights, and HIV-affected community leadership.
Desirable Experience
- Lived experience as a woman living with HIV or key population member.
- Experience with grassroots or community-led organizations.
- Familiarity with HIV advocacy, SRHR, feminist movements, or human rights.
- WordPress experience.
- Cross-cultural and multi-timezone collaboration.
