Summary
BigPanda is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Professional Services team in EMEA. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers achieve measurable outcomes through the adoption of BigPanda’s suite of AI solutions: AI Detection and Response, AI Incident Assistant, and AI Incident Prevention.
Technical Project Managers lead implementations that unify traditionally siloed IT functions across Observability, Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Site Reliability Engineering, and Operations. As a trusted consultant, you will lead complex multi-product programs across our enterprise customers, shape customer decisions, define and track measurable business value, and be a clear communicator across English and German-speaking customers.
Focus Areas
- Lead multiple customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring projects deliver business value and technical alignment.
- Act as a trusted consultant and senior advisor to executive stakeholders, shaping operating-model decisions and securing executive sponsorship for change
- Manage large, complex programs that span multiple BigPanda products (multi-SKU deployments) and multiple customer business units
- Define, deliver, and track measurable customer value (business outcomes, ROI, value-realization plans) across the lifetime of the account
- Partner with the Solutions Architect and the Solutions Engineer to ensure that the BigPanda solution is able to meet our client's business goals in addition to their technical requirements
- Champion customer success stories and outcomes that validate BigPanda’s business value.
- Develop and maintain technical and product proficiency in the BigPanda product, including its AI capabilities (AI Detection and Response, AI Incident Assistant, AI Incident Prevention)
- 5+ years leading enterprise software implementations or IT projects for IT operations teams (e.g. NOC, SRE, service desk, infrastructure)
- Experience with ITSM, observability or incident-management tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Datadog or Dynatrace
- Ownership of project timelines, deliverables, budget and resources, including risk identification and mitigation
- Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and technical leads, and communicating complex project status to them
- Ability to travel up to 10% for key project milestones
- Fluent German or French (written and spoken)
- Experience in AIOps or ITOps
- Experience with monitoring, observability, or ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Datadog, or Dynatrace
