We’re looking for a Customer & Business Support with Croatian, Slovak or Czech | Remote to join an international team and support business partners with payment-related matters.
💬 What will your day look like?
- Communicating with business partners about outstanding payments
- Understanding payment issues and working towards timely solutions
- Maintaining positive relationships through clear and respectful communication
- Keeping track of cases and following up when needed
✨ You could be a great fit if you:
- Speak Slovak, Croatian, or Czech at C1 level, along with English at B2 level
- Feel confident communicating with different people
- Enjoy finding solutions and approaching challenges proactively
- Are organised and comfortable managing follow-ups
🏡 What’s in it for you?
- Work from home
- A Monday-Friday schedule, 09:00–18:00;
- Two weeks of training to help you get started;
- Monthly base salary of 1400- 1700 euros gross
