I am a senior robotics engineer with a five experience of designing, building and testing robots from concept to to deployment .That usually means working on mechanical +electrical integration controls, embedded software, ROS/ROS2, simulation, and bringing hardware up in the lab and in the field I have shipped prototypes and production system for tasks like manipulation, perception, or mechatronics such as debugging sensors, actuators,firmware ,and the software stacks that ties it to together. For key skills: core robotics :ROS/ROS2, control systems,slam and gazebol or Isaac sim , for software c++ python embedded c real-time .systems for hardware / mechatronics :PCB bring up ,motor drivers ,CAD basics ,lab testing, prototyping. for perception/ai: computer vision ,sensor fusion basic ml for robotics .others include: system integration, data analysis ,documentation, cross functional collaboration ,troubleshooting under pressure. And lastly what am I looking next: concisely ,I am looking for a hand on role building real robots that go beyond the lab. I want a team walking on autonomy ,manipulation, or field robotics with strong engineering rigor, good mentorship and ownership from phototype to product. for bonus, if I get to touch both hardware and software work with modern ROS2 stacks and and ship systems that solve real word problems.
