The Role We’re looking for a Product Designer who is eager to have radical ownership over designing our core product features and workflows. We expect a broad set of design skills and the ability to create high-quality designs founded on thorough user research. As Product Designer, you'll join our growing design team as we build a culture around user-centric design practices that help bridge the gap between imagination and reality. How You’ll Do It

• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Product, AI Research, Product Marketing, and Management to build solutions for our infinite canvas and drawing studio
• Pair closely with AI engineers and researchers to convey user needs and in turn understand technical constraints. An ability to foster good collaboration with engineering is important
• Grasp and distill highly complex issues and translate them into clean, focused, understandable solutions
• Clearly illustrate design ideas through the creation of mockups and prototypes, both low and high fidelity, and present to internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback

What You’ll Bring

• 5 - 8 years of experience as a product designer, with a strong emphasis on visual and interaction design
• A portfolio that showcases impeccable UX, UI, visual, and interaction design work, and demonstrates end-to-end ownership of holistic features
• The ability to design around technical constraints and differing hardware experiences, while maintaining a delightful user experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills
• Bonus - Experience working remotely and/or in a startup environment

Compensation The base pay range targeted for this position is: $142,000 - $198,000. This role is eligible for equity. The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, including experience, location, and other business considerations. The overall package described in this post applies to W2, U.S. based employees- final package will be determined by local requirements and employment laws and accessibility.
