Ideal candidate?

• Highly talented "hands on " growth marketer who likes strategy but loves execution and that has been at the forefront of launching new AI products or start-up brands, apps with millions of MAUs.
• You will be responsible for our growth of our new Gen AI video platform across multiple countries to real estate agents and also home buyers and renters, in key cities across US, Canada, UK and Australia. You have a deep understanding of how to quickly execute organic and ad paid campaigns across Youtube, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• We’re a new AI SAAS tool for agents and real estate marketing teams, so deep domain experience in building growth playbook tactics with grass roots campaigns, community building, referral incentives, and growth hacks is highly advisable.
• You will have experience or knowledge in developing or launching affiliate programs to drive partnerships and community.
• You’re a creative growth marketer who is passionate about creating amazing digital & social growth playbooks, but driven by data insights.

What the role requires?

With a strong understanding of our customer base real estate agents in Asia and worldwide. You will bring a rare combination of creative, innovative ideas and strategy, which enables you to drive and execute on multiple growth playbooks for both real estate agents, home buyers and renters.

• Build and test plans to invite agents and real estate teams to join 1060 and become loyal users of a new AI gen video platform
• Build key growth hacks to onboard real estate agents across multiple countries
• Design, set-up, manage and analyse experiments to acquire customers
• Analyse data, formulate hypotheses, and run A/B tests
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams – marketing, product, design, engineering, business operations to achieve maximum results for customer acquisition, new user experiences, cross-selling, expansion and retention
• Direct SEO, SEM, and ASO
• Lead a best-in-class team of passionate, dedicated, consumer focused, data-driven growth marketers
• =Be responsible for, and effective at driving measurable top-line growth
