THE ROLE

We are looking for a Freelance Campaign Marketing Manager who thrives in an innovative, fast paced, and ever-changing environment. You will be strategic in your thinking, creative and be passionate about pushing the boundaries for how to deliver results using brand campaigns, storytelling, partnerships, and other brand marketing activations based on client briefs.

This is a cross-functional role that will require collaboration with many different internal and client teams across multiple geographies and verticals.

The focus is on digital, multi-channel and physical marketing initiatives in equal measure.

Responsibilities include:

·      Develop B2B and B2C marketing campaigns that include careful consideration of brand goals, customer targets, key messages and channel mix

·      Create compelling, detailed and visually compelling client proposals in collaboration with project management.

·      Devise awareness, acquisition and retention campaigns that are insights driven, customer-focussed and exceptionally well executed

·      Devise fully integrated campaigns in collaboration with CRM and Performance Marketing teams

·      Manage the planning, implementation, tracking and measurement of brand marketing campaigns

·      Collaborate closely with insight, creative, marketing, technology and client teams

·      Ensure that the clients brand DNA, purpose and values are reflected and amplified across all channels and messaging

·      Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to continuously improve campaign strategy and customer conversion rates.

·      Collect and use data to evaluate existing campaigns and inform new campaigns

·      Be continuously in search of trends in brand marketing, customer communication channels and new technologies

EXPERIENCE AND ATTITUDE

-      Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital, brand and partnership marketing

-      Experience in localising global strategies

-      Awareness of performance marketing and CRM channels

-      Previous experience in creating and implementing successful 360 marketing strategies

-      Deep understanding of e-commerce, digital and omni-channel marketing, and social media platforms

-      Awareness of performance marketing and CRM channels

-      Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills

-      Creative thinker with an eye for detail

-      Metrics-driven

-      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-      Desire to excel and deliver remarkable client work
