GRM Daily, the leading platform for UK music and culture, is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. With over 6 million YouTube subscribers and a social reach exceeding 3.5 million, we’re at the forefront of music, culture, and digital content creation. In addition to our online presence, we curate events, produce various content and create advertising campaigns for external brands.
We’re seeking a passionate, creative individual who lives and breathes youth culture, loves music, and is ready to think outside the box. In this remote role, you’ll work closely with a small, dedicated team. Occasional travel to meetings and events in London may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay ahead of social media trends, cultural movements, and conversations relevant to our brand.
- Create, repurpose, and post content across various social platforms, focusing on driving community engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, media, and creative teams to provide input on social media strategies.
- Develop innovative social media strategies to boost brand presence and engagement.
- Publish content on multiple platforms, ensuring the message is aligned with the target audience and delivered at the right time.
- Work with creatives to ensure content is high-quality, on-brand, and optimised for each social media platform.
- Monitor content performance and share insights with the team to improve our social media strategy continually.
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (essential).
- Ability to plan and execute social media activations with clear outcomes and KPIs in mind.
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, X, etc.) and the content that works best on each.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- A genuine passion for music and youth culture.
- Understanding of the music industry landscape.
- Familiarity with social media management and creative tools such as Canva.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro is a plus, but not required.
