As a fast-growing agency, we need someone who is adaptable, forward-thinking, and passionate about working with a diverse group of talented mums who are ready to make their mark. What matters most is your ability to build strong relationships, identify top-tier talent, and foster a collaborative environment where both our talent and clients thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in talent management (agency or in-house experience with influencers is ideal, but not a must)
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills, with the ability to onboard and support mum influencers
• Adaptability and a passion for working in a fast-paced, growing company where your role may evolve as we continue to scale
• Knowledge of influencer marketing trends, particularly in the mum and family space
• Ideally, connections to mum talent or a pre-existing talent roster (a bonus, but not essential – we value the right fit and the ability to build relationships)
• Sydney-based (preferred but not essential – we value the best person for the job, wherever you are)

What You’ll Do:

• Onboard and manage a diverse network of mum influencersWork closely with the talent and brand teams to match the perfect talent with client campaigns
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new mum talent
• Provide strategic guidance to help mums grow their influence and create successful partnerships with top brands
• Collaborate with the broader team to drive campaign success and ensure seamless execution
