About the Role:

As the APAC Sales Lead, you’ll be the face of the company in the region, building relationships, navigating complex IT/technical sales cycles, and executing tailored strategies to meet client needs. Your ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally will be key to driving success.

Your Responsibilities

As a key player in the organization, you’ll:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with enterprise, institutional, and government clients, becoming the trusted face of the company in the region.
  • Manage complex IT/technical sales cycles with a consultative and solutions-driven approach.
  • Craft and execute tailored sales strategies that address unique client needs while leveraging the company’s value proposition.
  • Lead bid and proposal management processes, coordinating with internal teams to create compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Own and progress deals through the sales pipeline, working independently to achieve company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless deal execution and delivery.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to inform business strategy.

Your Influence Will Resonate Through:

  • Background: A proven track record in IT sales, solution sales, or similar complex sales environments, ideally within enterprise or government sectors.
  • Experience: 5+ years in business development or sales roles with demonstrated success in closing high-value, complex deals.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to understand and effectively communicate technical solutions to diverse audiences.
