Overview:

We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with strong experience in mobile application development using React Native, Flutter, and Python. You’ll help build and scale an AI-powered coaching platform that enables businesses to develop and support their employees.

This is an opportunity to join an early-stage, well-backed start-up at the ground floor, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll have a real voice in shaping the product and its technical direction.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native and Flutter.
• Build and integrate scalable backend services using Python (Django, Flask, or similar).
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and ensure best practices across performance, security, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement within the team.

Experience Required:

• Proven commercial experience in mobile app development with React Native and Flutter.
• Solid experience working with Python on the backend.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Git.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, or Playwright).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Next.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Understanding of DevOps or infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Interest in UX/UI and mobile performance optimisation.
