We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager to support daily operations, oversee team coordination, and contribute to strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals ready to take the next step in leadership within a dynamic, remote-first organization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of departmental and company-wide goals.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to achieve performance objectives.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies, workflows, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
  • Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time.
