Atlassian has an exciting opening for a remote, full-time Recruiter to join our Business Recruiting team! The team is comprised of junior, senior and principal full lifecycle recruiters. You will focus on growing our teams across GTM and G&A. This will be a focus area for the business in FY26. You would report into the Recruiting Manager, Business Recruiting for the APAC. Responsibilities

• Full recruitment life cycle supporting GTM and G&A openings. This includes sourcing, driving candidate pipeline, ensuring data integrity and providing a positive candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and internal People team stakeholders. Identifying opportunity areas and driving change management through data and innovation.
• Be a subject matter expert in their domain and being a go to and mentor for other members of the team.
• Focus on market mapping, sourcing from URGs and long-term engagement with silver medalist candidates.

Qualifications

• You have 2+ years experience across the end-to-end Recruitment cycle.
• You bring sourcing methodologies and experience with non-traditional channels to find new candidates.
• You have experience closely partnering with the business you support.
• Bring a consultative approach, the ability to enhance quality of funnel and process through data, market insights, and creative ideas.
• Experience supporting go to market teams preferred.
