What You’ll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging with talented professionals for our public sector clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively sourcing candidates for a wide range of roles, including Project Officers, HR Business Partners, PMO Leads, Business Support Leads, and more
• Collaboration: Working closely with senior consultants to understand client needs and support the recruitment process
• End-to-End Support: Initially focusing on resourcing, with potential to grow into managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Team Support: Helping with tasks like branding CVs, making calls, and supporting colleagues as needed
