Role Overview We are looking for an agile, curious, driven and detail-oriented Sales & Partnerships Executive to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building and nurturing relationships with partners and corporate clients. You will support the management team in their business development efforts, drive new sales opportunities, and contribute to the success of the company's partnerships strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the hospitality and travel industries, eager to combine relationship-building with hands-on sales execution. This role is employed with a consulting contract, and the position is fully remote. RequirementsKey Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities, actively support senior management in generating and converting leads into sales
  • Manage leads and proposals through the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery
  • Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and partnership materials
  • Coordinate participation in sales trips and networking events to maximize exposure and partnership growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partnerships are successfully activated in a timely manner and aligned with broader business objectives
  • Provide administrative and reporting support to track sales activities and partnership performance
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Hospitality
  • Experience: 1 - 3 years post graduate experience in a corporate sales industry or partnerships roles, preferably in the travel industry
  • Language: English - native (mandatory). Fluency in German or any other language is appreciated
  • Communication: strong verbal and written skills for client and internal interactions
  • Software: demonstrated proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or Apollo, and presentation tools like Keynote and PowerPoint
  • Data Handling: ability to manage spreadsheets, databases, and sales reporting
  • Organization: highly organised, proactive, and able to maintain accuracy in our fast-paced, collaborative environment with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Teamwork: collaborate effectively across teams: marketing, tech, support and finance
