The role requires rapid adaptation, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong track record in project and program management, with a preference for experience in healthcare product delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings and manage stakeholder communication effectively.
• Maintain the RAID log and ensure clear communication with all levels of management and the project team.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work in both waterfall/hybrid and agile environments.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines and deliverables.
• Utilize and communicate technical aspects of projects to all stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

• Proficient in MS Teams, MS Suite, and MS Project Professional.
• Experience in project planning and stakeholder management.
• Ability to quickly adapt and ramp up in new environments.

Domain Experience

• Exposure to the Healthcare or Medical industry is required.

Ideal candidates must possess a BA/BS degree along with 8+ years of project management experience, including significant program management experience. PMP certification is strongly preferred.
