Project Manager, Cloud Services

The Role: Project Manager, Cloud Services 11:11 Systems is looking for an experienced Project Manager to orchestrate successful project delivery into 11:11’s global cloud infrastructure. This is a full-time, remote position to be based in Australia and reporting to our Manager, Cloud Services - Project Management. What You'll Do:

• Provide complete ownership of project delivery outcomes
• Manage project deliveries to ensure milestones, timelines, and budgets are met
• Develop and maintain project plans for all projects
• Provide training and mentoring for junior project managers
• Effectively manage task delegation and sharing with other team members
• Track and manage to KPIs associated with successful project deliveries
• Provide excellent customer service
• Deliver timely and accurate status reporting to internal management and customer project teams
• Foster communication and transparency through all 11:11 teams and staff involved in the sale and delivery of projects
• All other duties as assigned

Who You Are & What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline
• 3+ years experience in technical project management in cloud infrastructure
• Prior hands-on technical experience at the individual contributor level in infrastructure or technical engineering projects
• Excellent communicator (English language speaking and writing), high energy, positive attitude, aptitude for professional growth
• Proven experience managing technical contributors in matrix-managed organization
• Capable of handling multiple projects of various sizes simultaneously
• Hands on technical experience with VMware products and technologies, Cisco networking equipment
• Experience teaching, training, mentoring project management staff
• Prior Visio and SharePoint experience
• Experience using support ticketing systems
• Certified Scrum Master

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification
• ITIL certification
